FiveM Native Notifications Helper

I have a day off once in a while… This is what I did on the latest one. Replicates basic GTA Single Player and GTAO Style Notifications. Uses Native functions only, NO NUI USAGE!! I’ve seen some scripts that do one of these tasks, but not one that contains all the useful notifications i could find.
